Early setup, starting  as early as noon, Wed. March 7

• Although this is a pre 1840 rendezvous we restrict all shooting  competition to flintlocks only

• Rifles with open fixed sights — Smoothbore, no rear sight

• No loaded firearms in camp

• Please cover all fire pits and remove unused firewood before breaking camp

• No vehicles in camp overnight

• Free complimentary coffee each morning at the cabin

• Rifle, woodswalk, and  hawk and knife and bow competition will comprise the aggregate score

• To say that all N.M.L.R.A. rules apply doesn't say it strongly enough, no smoking on the firing line, and please keep your barrels up

• Range officers have the final say

• Please try to keep all none period objects out of site or covered

• Saturday evening abt. 6:00 or 6:30 Pot Luck Meal, desserts by the SBM ladies,  plan on bringing something for the meal, if not just bring your plate

• The ranges will open on Friday of the rendezvous, Range hours will be  9am-3pm.

• Prize distribution will be Saturday after supper if at all possible.....

• One aggregate prize to be awarded to "Biggest Dog on the Bluff".  ** A $20.00 blanket prize (no junk) required to shoot, distribution of prizes will be awarded according to your aggregate score. Each event will also award a first place prize. Any donated prizes will go as "door" prizes for those camping or shooting. Camp fee entitles you to a ticket to be eligible.

• Camp/shoot fees: each adult camper will be assessed a $10 fee for camping, plus $10.00 to cover all shooting matches. 
      Every camper or shooter is entitled to all facilities and the Saturday evening meal. The bottomless coffeepot will be there again this year and will start serving just after first light.
  Unruly children and unleashed/noisy pets are subject to become a part of the Saturday night meal.....any pets should be leashed or confined to your tent. Both are welcome if you are willing to be responsible for them.
